Join fellow IFTA members and guests on this fun and educational summer tour that begins in El Paso, Texas and winds through Mexico’s finest tree fruit growing region. You will see high density planted apples and peaches, Spanish Bush Cherry orchards, and innovative packing facilities with guides Dr. Carlos Chavez of Chihuahua and Dr. Terence Robinson of Cornell University. Along the way, enjoy the scenic Sierra Madre Mountains and some of Mexico’s most beautiful historical places in addition to moving mariachi music and dancing.
